"I have always been interested in Arts and have had a special sensitivity for those tiny things that might be meaningless for some people, whereas they are the key to wake up in the morning for others. Even though I could never study in depth Arts history, I ever felt a need to not only look at art from a distance but to enjoy it every day by surrounding myself with it. This necessity led me into acquiring sculptural creations that radiated a feeling of emotion.

When I discovered Lorenzo Quinn's work, I was stunned by its Symbolic-Realism, it's beautiful proportions and the sensitivity they entail, together with enticing texts that give voice to bronze. His works portray all we fight for when we either start a family, or socialize, and they also convery an ideal for the whole world. A world that if we respected and shared the same values, would be perfect: paradise would not be a utopia anymore.

Lorenzo is a greatly talented person, he has a powerful inner strength and together with an overcoming spirit, he is able to convery the meaning to people by means of his works of art: a restless calm. A calm because it transmits tranquility, and restless because you do not just look at the work passively, but are moved to partake and engage in improving what surrounds you, what you love: a restless calm that urges us to advance and achieve peace and balance.
